How It Works
Tell Us Your Needs: Let us know if you need a nanny, caregiver, maid, or a multi-skilled worker (e.g., massage experience).
We Match You: We carefully match you with trained, vetted staff that fit your requirements.
Contract Agreement: A formal contract is signed between you and Nakky Academy before placement, outlining duties, hours, and expectations.
Payment & Support: Clients pay salaries directly into Nakky Academy’s bank account. We manage payroll, provide ongoing support, and ensure quality service. No direct payments to workers are permitted.
No Upfront Agent Fee for Employers: Instead of charging clients a once-off fee, we deduct a R250 monthly admin fee from the worker’s salary (for a few months). This covers placement, training, and support.
Maid / Housekeeper Placement
R4,500 to R5000 per month
Employer Provides: Food & a private room
Time Off: Once a week or twice a month

Salary Range: R300 – R500 per day (depending on duties and care needs)
Assisting with light personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, feeding assistance), Basic mobility support (walking assistance only), Companionship and emotional support, Light housekeeping related to the client (tidying, folding laundry), Simple meal preparation, Medication reminders only (not administering).
